CityBrick Ltd has been locally and privately owned by Shane Sager for the past 9 years, having already been a well established company in the general Bay of Plenty area for many years prior. (Previously City Bricklayers 1996 Ltd).

Shane worked for City Bricklayers for 23 years, starting out as a labourer, completing an apprenticeship and trade certificate, becoming a registered mason and working as head foreman for the last 10 years and on the 1st September 2010 taking the company over, now CityBrick Ltd.

Our scope of work includes mainly brickwork and blockwork, stone, Hinuera stone, Oamaru stone, cobbles, glass blocks, footings and all landscaping requirements on a full contract or labour only basis. We have reliable contacts with plasterers and painters and can install all footings and foundations. We are major contenders for all Commercial and Residential projects and have completed many prominent buildings throughout the Bay of Plenty. However, we are not just restricted to the BOP area and will travel to jobs in Whakatane, Rotorua ,Auckland, just to name of few.

We pride ourselves on our ability and efficiency to quote the job and carry it right through to the clear site on completion. We believe this benefits the client as we organise the product to site, inspections, liaising with other contractors and the clear site.

We have a core staff of bricklayers many who have worked with Shane for between 10 – 23 years. Each team is led by a foreman who is provided with a vehicle and a full set of gear.
